How We Work

How We Work + Safety & Quality

From the first walkthrough through ongoing service, MANTERA applies one operating standard: clear scope, accountable mobilization, documented inspection and correction, and evidence-based safety and quality controls.

The Mantera Standard

Every engagement follows the same five stages. The sequence below is the full detail behind the Mantera Standard shown on the homepage.

  1. 1

    Walkthrough

MANTERA confirms the facility on a site walkthrough before any proposal is issued, so scope reflects how the building actually operates rather than a generic assumption.

  2. 2

    Proposal

A controlled proposal follows the walkthrough, documenting the agreed scope, schedule, and service boundaries so launch requirements are clear on both sides.

  3. 3

    Mobilize

Once accepted, MANTERA assigns staffing, sets equipment and supply requirements, and hands off site instructions so day-one service starts against the documented scope.

  4. 4

    Verify

Completed work is inspected against the agreed scope. Deficiencies are logged, corrected, and closed rather than left for the next visit.

  5. 5

    Improve

Inspection trends and client feedback feed updated site instructions so the program keeps tightening over time.

Mobilization

After a proposal is accepted, MANTERA assigns the staffing plan for the facility, configures equipment and supply needs against the agreed scope, and completes an initial walkthrough handoff so site instructions, access, and day-one expectations are documented before service begins.

Staffing & Training

Teams are trained for the work they perform and oriented to the site instructions for each facility. Supervision and a defined escalation path sit behind every assignment so coverage and accountability stay clear as the program runs.

Quality Management

MANTERA maintains regular, documented quality inspections that check completed work against the agreed scope. Findings are logged, assigned, and followed through to resolution so issues are identified and addressed before they affect operations.

Supervisor Oversight

Supervisors own follow-up on inspection findings and client feedback. Site-specific orientation, coverage planning, and operations support keep the frontline team accountable to the scope that was agreed at launch.

Communication

A dedicated point of contact keeps the client informed on service status and outcomes. Reporting follows the agreed channels for the account so questions, feedback, and schedule changes have a clear owner rather than an open inbox.

Issue Resolution

When a service issue is raised, it is logged, assigned to the accountable supervisor, and tracked through correction and closure. Clients escalate through their dedicated contact or by calling or emailing MANTERA directly at the public contact details published on this site.

Safety

MANTERA applies role- and site-appropriate safety controls on the work it accepts, and carries the insurance, bonding, and workplace coverage described below.

WHMIS, SDS, and PPE

WHMIS, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and PPE controls as applicable to role and site, with hazard review and stop-work/escalation practices where the work requires them.

Insurance, bonding, and WCB

MANTERA carries general liability insurance, an employee dishonesty bond, and WCB coverage.

Equipment Competency

Equipment and products are selected for the surface, facility, and required outcome. Team members receive product and equipment instruction appropriate to their role and site before operating the machines assigned to that program.

Site Documentation

Inspection notes and service records are maintained for every facility. Site instructions document the agreed scope, access controls, and correction history so the operating picture stays available to both MANTERA and the client.

Continuous Improvement

Verify and Improve are not a one-time closeout. Inspection trends, corrected deficiencies, and client feedback keep feeding updated site instructions so the same standard that launched the program continues to raise it.
