Ceramic, porcelain and natural stone all respond differently to chemistry and agitation. MANTERA identifies the tile and grout type and any existing sealer before selecting a method, so surrounding surfaces and finishes aren't put at risk.
Best fit
This service fits commercial tile floors, washrooms, kitchens, entrances and approved residential tile areas with soiled or discoloured grout, grease buildup, or grout in need of resealing. Scope and method
MANTERA identifies the tile and grout type, respecting ceramic, porcelain and approved natural-stone boundaries, and assesses soil and grease before selecting a method. Work begins with a test area, then machine agitation and pressure extraction where suitable, with chemistry controlled to protect edges, fixtures and surrounding surfaces. Rinse and recovery keep the area from being left wet or slippery. Existing sealer or coating is disclosed up front, and grout sealing or compatible surface sealing is only performed when separately approved and quoted — it is not automatically bundled. Where colour-sealing or restoration is a better fit than cleaning alone, MANTERA will say so.
How it runs
A test area confirms the right chemistry and agitation level before the full space is treated. Rinse and extraction leave the area usable again promptly, and any sealing work is confirmed and quoted separately before it's added to the job. Results are bounded by the grout's existing condition — heavily degraded or previously-sealed grout may need restoration referral rather than cleaning alone.

Will cleaning fix badly stained or discoloured grout?
Cleaning removes soil and grease from grout. Heavily degraded grout or failing sealer needs an assessment, and MANTERA will recommend a restoration or resealing referral where it applies. No restoration result is promised without that assessment.
Is sealing included with the cleaning?
No. Grout or surface sealing is a separately quoted, separately approved add-on — it's recommended where appropriate but never bundled automatically.
