MANTERA extends the same system-first approach used on commercial duct work to approved residential markets — counting supply and return vents and confirming furnace/system count before quoting, rather than selling a generic whole-house price.
Best fit
This service fits houses, townhomes and other approved residential properties needing duct cleaning. It is one of only two residential services MANTERA offers (alongside Residential Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning) and is only available in approved markets. This is never combined with commercial duct work on the same page, form or price claim.
Scope and method
A base package is clearly defined against supply and return vent/register count, furnace/system count, and the accessible trunk/branch scope of the home's ductwork. Access, parking, recent renovation or pets, preparation and result limitations are all addressed. Dryer-vent cleaning is offered only as an anchored add-on, and only where the equipment, full route, termination point, access and fire-safety boundaries are approved for that home — it is not automatically bundled. Coil, blower or furnace-component cleaning is offered only where specifically listed and technically controlled, not as a default extension of duct cleaning.
How it runs
MANTERA confirms furnace/system count and vent count before quoting — this service is never sold as a flat whole-house rate. Access, parking and any recent renovation or pet considerations are discussed up front so preparation is clear before the crew arrives. Dryer-vent and furnace-component add-ons are confirmed and approved separately, with their own fire-safety and access boundaries.
