Scope and method
Work is organized into separate anchored branches: machine scrubbing and degreasing; compatible removal of old sealer or finish; concrete hardener/densifier and dustproofing; penetrating sealer; topical sealer or compatible protective finish; diamond grinding for restoration or aggregate exposure; grind-and-seal; and densified/polished concrete where offered. MANTERA explains slab age, porosity, hardness, moisture and contamination, uses a test area, and chooses mechanical versus chemical preparation based on the slab's actual condition. Dust and noise control, edge work, aggregate exposure, sheen level, slip and chemical exposure, ventilation, and cure/reopening timing are all addressed as part of the plan. New epoxy, flake and other resinous installations are routed to Epoxy Flooring rather than scoped here.
How it runs
A test area and slab assessment (moisture, hardness, contamination) confirm the right method before full work starts.
