Warehouse and Parkade Sweeping and Auto-Scrubbing

Warehouse and Parkade Sweeping and Auto-Scrubbing

Machine productivity depends on cleaning path, turning space, obstacles, debris, floor condition, clearances and dump/refill time. MANTERA selects the appropriate walk-behind or ride-on machine after a measured assessment.

The Right Machine for Your Aisles and Clearances — Measured, Not Guessed

A machine that's too large for your aisles or too small for your square footage wastes time either way. MANTERA measures aisle width, clearance and turning space before selecting a walk-behind or ride-on machine, so productivity matches the space actually being cleaned.

Best fit

This service fits warehouses, distribution facilities, underground parkades, commercial lots, loading areas and large hard-floor spaces needing dry sweeping, dust-controlled sweeping, auto-scrubbing or degreasing. It is a combined single page covering all of these related large-floor cleaning methods rather than splitting warehouse and parkade cleaning into separate URLs.

Scope and method

Work spans dry sweeping, dust-controlled sweeping, auto-scrubbing, degreasing, oil-spot pretreatment and pressure-washing branches, along with concrete floor cleaning and maintenance scrubbing. MANTERA selects a 20-, 28-, 36-inch or larger cleaning path and chooses walk-behind versus ride-on equipment based on gross/open area, aisle width, and turning space. Manual edge work supplements machine passes, and floor coating or sealer compatibility, debris, drains, water recovery, battery/fuel needs, overhead clearance and ramp access are all factored into the plan. Parking-stall, curb, directional-arrow or warehouse safety-line repainting is offered only as an anchored add-on when capability, surface preparation, traffic coating, layout responsibility and warranty ownership are all separately approved — it is not a default inclusion.

How it runs

MANTERA measures aisle width, clearance and turning space before selecting equipment, so the machine matches the space. Shift patterns and closure requirements are coordinated to minimize disruption, and any line-marking work is scoped, approved and warrantied separately from the core sweeping/scrubbing service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer parking-stall or safety-line repainting with this service?

As an add-on only, and only once capability, surface preparation, coating and layout responsibility are approved — it isn't included by default with sweeping or scrubbing service.

How do you choose between a walk-behind and a ride-on machine?

MANTERA measures your narrowest aisle, overhead clearance and total open area first. Ride-on machines cover large open areas faster; walk-behind machines are needed where aisles or clearances are tighter.
