This service fits houses, townhomes, condominiums and other approved residential properties needing carpet or upholstery cleaning. It is one of only two residential services MANTERA offers (alongside Residential Duct Cleaning) and is only available in approved markets — availability should be confirmed at quote stage. Scope and method
Rooms and areas are defined clearly, including stairs and halls, with upholstery and mattress cleaning offered only where approved for that job. Preparation and furniture-moving boundaries are set in advance. Pet treatment, odour treatment, stain treatment and fibre protector are available as separately quoted options rather than bundled by default. Fibre and colourfastness testing precede full treatment, and drying time, access and parking are confirmed before scheduling.
How it runs
MANTERA confirms market availability and access before scheduling. Pets, stains and odour sources are discussed up front so the right treatments are quoted rather than discovered on arrival. Drying time is communicated so the household can plan around it, and results are bounded by the carpet or fabric's existing wear and any pre-existing staining.
