A deep clean is a project, not a bigger version of a routine visit. MANTERA verifies the facility's actual condition, priorities and completion standard before pricing the work, so the scope matches what the space actually needs.
Best fit
This service fits offices, restaurants, warehouses, retail, clinics, vacant spaces and problem areas needing a one-time, detailed clean outside the normal recurring scope — including move-in, move-out, vacancy and tenant-turnover cleaning. It is not a recurring service (see Commercial Cleaning for that) and it is not the page for post-renovation cleanup, which has its own scoped process under Post-Construction Cleaning.
Scope and method
Scope is defined in detail by room and surface, covering both high and low cleaning — walls, doors, ledges, fixtures and interior glass — plus kitchen or appliance exterior/interior work where approved. Washroom descaling is included, and move-in, move-out, vacancy and tenant-turnover jobs are handled as defined branches of this same service rather than separate offerings. Floor Care needs are routed to the appropriate dedicated Floor Care service. Targeted sanitizing or disinfection is only performed with an approved product, dwell time and defined scope — it is never assumed as a default inclusion. Equipment boundaries and exclusions are documented, along with photos and completion evidence, and an optional maintenance plan can be proposed to keep the space at that standard going forward.
How it runs
MANTERA confirms the facility's condition and priorities — often via walkthrough or submitted photos — before fixing labour and price. Equipment boundaries, exclusions and any disinfection scope are agreed in writing up front. On completion, photo or walkthrough evidence documents the work performed, and an optional maintenance plan can transition the space into a recurring program if desired.
